1. Services and Subscription Plans
HTB provides managed IT, automation and business‑support services through tiered subscription plans (Essential, Standard and Premium). Each plan includes specific features and pricing detailed on our website. We may modify plan features or pricing from time to time; we will notify you of changes before they take effect.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account, provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Payment Terms
- Recurring billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically until you cancel.
- Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
- Declined payments. If a payment is declined, we may suspend services until payment is received. If balances accrue, we may pursue collection.
- Non‑refundable fees. Certain fees (e.g., onboarding or setup fees) are non‑refundable. Any non‑refundable amounts will be clearly indicated during checkout.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our services, subject to reasonable notice.
5. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to misuse the services, including (but not limited to) copying or reselling proprietary tools or content, circumventing security measures, or attempting to reverse‑engineer our software. Our products and materials are for your internal business use only.
6. Intellectual Property
HTB and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the platform, including software, documentation and trademarks. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.
7. User Content
If you provide feedback, suggestions or upload content to our site, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use and display that content in connection with providing and promoting our services. You are responsible for the content you post and must have rights to use it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to provide reliable and secure services, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error‑free or free of harmful components.
